Data and purposes

The form collects your email, message, selected subject and, optionally, your name and a page URL. These details are used to reply, correct content or handle your rights request.

Legal basis and retention

Necessary pre-contractual requests about a quote, service or partnership rely on GDPR Article 6(1)(b). General questions, corrections and reports rely on our legitimate interest in answering requests received, Article 6(1)(f). Newsletter and audience measurement rely on consent, Article 6(1)(a). Messages are deleted no later than twelve months after the last exchange or closure, except where a legal obligation or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims requires longer retention.

Providers and recipients

Vercel hosts the site through a Hobby account, which is not covered by the public DPA for Pro and Enterprise; this contractual point remains to be resolved. Messages are stored in Supabase. Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity load only after audience-measurement consent. This form does not send contact messages to AI tools.

Cookies and audience measurement

Your privacy choice is stored locally in your browser. Audience trackers are optional, off by default and can be refused or withdrawn at any time.

Your rights

Where the GDPR provides, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, or withdraw consent. Select “Personal data / GDPR”. We normally respond within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority.
